Ube – flavored sponge cake filled with buttercream filling. The whole cake is iced with ube butter cream icing. It has a wavy, combed finish and center is lined with sweetened macapuno strings, enclosed with butter icing and topped with seven cream rosettes (whole) and three cream rosettes (half). Each rosette is dotted with red pipping jelly.
