Delivery Fee
We offer Absolute FREE DELIVERY for both Metro Manila and provincial deliveries. However, there are some item need delivery fee for Provincial Delivery.
Delivery Schedule
- Metro Manila Deliveries: Items are delivered between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Provincial Deliveries: Deliveries are completed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, but specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
For same-day deliveries to specific provincial cities, please coordinate with us before completing your order. Orders for same-day provincial delivery must be placed from the Same-Day Provincial Delivery category.
Delivery Date
- Metro Manila: Guaranteed same-day delivery if orders are placed on or before 2:00 PM (recipient’s time zone). Orders placed after the 2:00 PM cutoff will be delivered the next day.
- Provincial Areas: Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be delivered the next day. Orders received after this cutoff will be delivered two days later unless a specific delivery date is provided.
We process and deliver orders daily, including weekends and holidays. For special occasions like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day, or Father’s Day, orders must be placed at least 3-4 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Delivery Time
- Standard delivery times are between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Specific delivery time requests are only applicable to Metro Manila orders and must be placed at least 3-4 days in advance.
- During special occasions, time-specific deliveries cannot be guaranteed, but we will ensure deliveries are completed within the day.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for deliveries within Metro Manila.
During peak seasons and special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and other high-demand events, COD will not be accepted to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.

Complete Address Requirement
Providing an accurate and complete address is critical to avoid delays. Please include the house number, street name, barangay, and a valid contact number for the recipient.
- Incorrect Address or Contact Information: If an address is incorrect, and delivery is attempted, there will be a $10 re-delivery fee. We will contact the customer and recipient for clarification if issues arise.
For some provincial areas where door-to-door delivery is not possible, we will notify the sender via email or phone before proceeding. Once shipped, the recipient will be informed about the pick-up details.
Advance Orders
Certain items, like specialty cakes, may require a lead time. Please review the delivery policy for each item before placing your order.
Provincial Food Deliveries
We deliver food from popular restaurants, including Greenwich, Red Ribbon, Pizza Hut, and Max’s Restaurant, nationwide—provided there is a branch near the recipient’s address.
- Pick-Up Locations: If no branch is nearby, recipients must pick up their items.
- Lead Time: Orders must be placed at least 3-4 days in advance.
Metro Manila-Exclusive Items
Certain items, such as cakes, balloons, and fast-food party packages, are only available for delivery within Metro Manila.
- Orders placed for provincial delivery of restricted items may incur a 10% cancellation charge.
- For Pizza Hut deliveries to provinces, please ensure a branch is nearby or provide a complete address for verification.
Food Items for Nearby Provinces
Special delivery services for food items (cakes, pizza, party foods) are available for nearby provinces such as Bulacan, Cavite, Rizal, Batangas, Laguna, Pampanga, and Angeles. This service requires a minimum order of $150 and is limited to city proper areas. Please confirm availability by contacting us at info@gifts2manila.com, and place your order at least 3-4 days in advance.
Flower Policy
While we aim to match our arrangements as displayed on the website, substitutions may occur due to seasonal availability or supply constraints.
- Vases to Baskets for Provincial Deliveries: For provincial deliveries, flowers will be delivered in baskets instead of vases, while maintaining the overall design and quality.
- Freshest Flowers: Flowers may be delivered in bud form for maximum freshness and longevity.
- Substitution Policy:
- We substitute flowers of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and delivery timelines.
- Substitutions are made to preserve the overall style, size, and color palette of the arrangement. For single-variety arrangements, substitutions will be within the same flower type but may differ in color.
Gift Basket Substitutions
If required, substitutions within gift baskets will be made with items of equal or greater value to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
Customer Satisfaction
