At Gifts2Manila, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that all our products and services meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where refunds or returns are necessary. Below are the details of our refund and return policies:


Cancellations

  1. Cancellation Before 3 Days of Delivery Date:

    • Customers requesting cancellation at least 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a 90% refund of the total order amount.
    • The remaining 10% is retained to cover payment processing, order preparation, and administrative fees.
  2. Cancellation Before 1 Day of Delivery Date:

    • Cancellations made 1 day prior to the delivery date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total order amount.
  3. Cancellation After Order Preparation:

    • If the order has already been prepared (e.g., flowers arranged, gifts packed, food ordered), no refund will be issued.

Returns

Customers can return an item for any reason within 2 days of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Conditions for Returns:

    • Products must be returned in their original condition with all accompanying materials and packaging.
    • Returns are only accepted if:
      • The product was damaged during transit.
      • There was a shipping error.
      • The product is defective or not as described.
    • Normal wear and tear, customer misuse, or mishandling are not considered valid reasons for a return.
  2. Steps to Return an Item:

    • Contact Us: Notify us of your intent to return by emailing info@gifts2manila.com within 24 hours of receipt if the product was damaged or incorrect.
    • Prepare the Package: Securely package the item to avoid further damage during transit.
    • Ship the Item Back: Use a traceable shipping method (with a tracking number or delivery confirmation) and ensure the package is insured for its full value.
    • Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed promptly.
  3. Terms for Returned Items:

    • Items returned due to damage, defects, or shipping errors will be replaced, if possible.
    • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund, including shipping charges, will be issued.
    • If returned for reasons other than damage or error, refunds will be issued for the product price only, excluding shipping charges.

Refund Policy

  1. Damaged Products:

    • Notify us within 24 hours of receipt for any damage caused during transit. Retain all shipping and packaging materials for inspection. Damaged items will be replaced or refunded, including shipping costs.
  2. Refund Process:

    • Refunds for eligible returns will include the purchase price of the product.
    • Refunds are generally processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Shipping Charges: Unless the product was damaged, defective, or we made an error, shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • Gift Wrapping: Any charges for gift wrapping services are non-refundable.
    • Excess Shipping Costs: We will not refund shipping costs beyond the amount you originally paid for shipping.

Important Notes

  • Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues: If an incorrect address is provided and delivery was attempted, the customer will be charged a $10 re-delivery fee.
  • Perishable Items: Perishable products like flowers and food cannot be returned unless they were damaged or incorrect.
